Summit Technology Group appoints new COO to support Cloud growth

Summit Technology Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Yerger as Chief Operating Officer. Mark joins Summit with 20 years of strategy and operations leadership across industries, most recently from Bucknell University where he served as Chief Technology Officer. Mark’s technical and leadership depth will be directed at helping Summit continue to grow and mature its enterprise cloud practice. At Bucknell, Mark managed a large team of highly skilled technologists – many of whom were focused on modernizing Bucknell’s data center strategy through the effective use of cloud systems such as AWS.

Mark holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from Drexel University, a B.S. in Business and Economics from Susquehanna University, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and is graduate of the EDUCAUSE Leading Change Institute.
